Thai Ginger
One of the most popular dishes at Thai Ginger is the Massaman Curry, a rich and flavorful dish that combines tender meat with potatoes, onions, and peanuts in a smooth, aromatic curry sauce. If you're in the mood for something spicy, the Panang Curry should be at the top of your list, with its bold and creamy coconut base that brings the heat in all the right ways. For those who love a bit of heat, the Phad Kee Mao (also known as "Drunken Noodles") is a must-try, with its wide rice noodles stir-fried with fresh vegetables and a spicy sauce that'll get your taste buds dancing.
But the excitement doesn't end there. Thai Ginger's Crying Tiger is another favorite that you won’t want to miss. This dish features perfectly grilled beef, served with a spicy dipping sauce that's the perfect balance of savory and fiery. If you're after something fruity with a spicy kick, the Pineapple Curry is a must. This dish brings together the sweetness of pineapple with the heat of curry, creating a vibrant and unique flavor combination.
What makes Thai Ginger stand out is not just the food, but the welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're dining with friends or enjoying a quiet meal alone, the restaurant offers a relaxed setting that makes every visit special. The friendly staff and attention to detail in both food and service make it a favorite among locals and visitors alike.
So, if you're in the area and looking for a place to indulge in some mouthwatering Thai cuisine, look no further than Thai Ginger in Pullman. With their mix of traditional dishes and bold flavors, it’s guaranteed to be a meal you won't forget.

Just moved to town a few months ago and was craving some Thai food. This place did not disappoint. The yellow chicken curry was excellent! Tender potatoes and carrots, not too many sweet onions and the curry itself was so tasty with just the right amount of heat. Don't be put off by the outside appearance of the restaurant. It truly is a treasure and is on our new Pullman fav list!
Had the Panang curry for lunch, very fast service and generous portions. Curry was creamy and good. Co-workers ordered the Tom Kha soup which was excellent. We all took home leftovers. Oh, and the avocado roll or the salad roll with shrimp are yummy appetizers to share.
We really like Thai food. I love Phad Thai. My husband likes the Mussamen Curry. We were not disappointed at all. The service was great also. We were very pleased with our meals.
The food here is on point. The Rad Nah's gravy consistency was perfect and the noodles were cooked just right. The Phad Seewe was also good, as the noodles had that nice high heat cooking flavor, which is hard to do without burning them. The duck was a little dry, however came with a healthy portion of vegetables. The service was good. We Swede seated quickly and the server was attentive. The food came out pretty quick. The ambience is a little dated. Low ceilings and a little dark. There are booth and table seating. Would definitely return to try other food items.
One of my favorite restaurants in downtown Pullman. They have a big selection of Thai foods and I ordered their duck curry which tastes amazing. You can choose different level of spiciness and it tastes very authentic
